Decision Taken On Providing Additional Fodder To Cattle In Fodder Camps
Implement an automated system to manage cattle attendance and tracking at fodder camps—Government’s Directive Mumbai: The Government of Maharashtra which has started the Cattle Camps in the drought-affected areas has taken a decision to increase the quantity of fodder for the cattle at these camps. Along with this, the government has decided to computerize the counting techniques used to keep track of the number of cattle coming to these camps on the day to day basis. This decision was taken on Sunday by an official notification issued by the government. As per this new notification the Government has decided to increase the quantity of fodder. The notification further says that big cattle which used to be provided with 15 kgs of green hay and sugar cane, now will be provided with 18 kgs of green hay and sugarcane.
