Mr.Chandrakant Dada Patil On Extension Of Gadhinglaj Municipal Corporation Sanctioned As Per The Principle

Gadhinglaj Municipal Corporation is allowed to extend with the addition of a consecutive area of Badyachiwadi. This decision is theoretically sanctioned by district Guardian Minister Chandrakant Dada Patil in one of the meetings held today. President of Pune MHADA Samarjitsinh Ghatge has urged government for this demand.
There are 25 to 30 colonies present in the Badyachivadi Gram Panchayat area surrounding to Gadhinglaj city. Badyachivadi village is 4 km away from Gadhinglaj city. This village is connected to the Gadhinglaj city and people need to visit Gadhinglaj city for different things. This area was under the control of Zilla Parishad, a municipal corporation which was not able to provide facilities such as water supply, drainage management, garbage collection in this area. Therefore MHADA president, Pune Samarjitsinh Ghatge along with one committee visited guardian minister Chandrakant Dada Patil with a request to add Badyachivadi in Gadhinglaj municipal corporation. This extension is also accepted by the Badyachivadi gram Panchayat too, and this acceptance is conveyed by the Deputy Secretary Urban Development Mr. Moghe to the district guardian minister.
As per the principles, this extension is sanctioned by guardian ministerChandrakant Dada Patil and respective instructions are given to the authority. Due to this extension, 4.6 square km area of a Badyachivadi Gram Panchayat will be connected to Gadhinglaj municipal corporation. Currently, Badyachivadi Gram Panchayat has a total area of 6.25 square km.
Other attendees for this meeting were Urban Development State Minister Ranjit Patil, President of Pune MHADA Samarjitsinh Ghatge, MLA Ichalkaranji Suresh Halvankar, Mayor of Gadhinglaj municipal corporation Swati Kori, Deputy Mayor Uday Patil and other relevant authorities.

Mr.Chandrakant Patil In principle acceptance given to the regularization of the Panshet Flood Victim’s encroachment

Today, Relief and Rehabilitation Minister  Chandrakant Patil  in principle agreed to grant regular possession of a house owned by Panshet flood victims in Pune. He also decided to give additional time to submit the penalty amount required for the regularization of the encroachment of the Panshet flood victims and accordingly regular possession will be given to the property holders. With this important decision, 3988 flood victims will get big relief and one of the pending questions from many years will be sorted out. At the request of the MLA Medha Kulkarni regarding the encroachment of flood-affected victims of Panshet Pune, other illegal occupations done by temporary shelter holders in Panshet disaster and other encroachment cases,  Mr. Patil  conducted this meeting and this decision was finalized. Mr.Chandradadapatil On Savali Care Centre Will Provide Accommodation Facility to The Patients

The Savali Care Centre is going to provide the stay facility to the patients coming to Mumbai for the treatment. The Savali Care Centre, run by Chaitanya Pratishthan is inaugurated by Mrs. Anjal i Chandrakant Dada Patil  today morning at Mahatma Phule Road, Naigaon, Dadar. This project was started with the concept, inspiration, and guidance of Revenue Minister Chandrakant Dada Patil. On the occasion of this program, Director of Medical Education and Major Civic hospital of Greater Mumbai municipal corporation, Dr. Avinash Supe was present. Savali care centre Mumbai is going to give accommodation facility for 20 patients and their relatives in separate rooms. A total of 60 person can get accommodation in the centre.
