Mr Chandrakant Patil As New Appointments as -President of Vidarbha Development Board Mr. Chainsukh Sancheti and Chairman of Maharashtra Development Board, Dr. Yogesh Jadhav.

The State Government has decided that the President of Vidarbha Statutory Development Board would be Dr. Chainsukh Madan Lal Sancheti and Dr. Yogesh Pratapsingh Jadhav as the President of Rest of Maharashtra State Development Board, the Revenue Minister Mr Chandrakant Patil informed about these appointments. In addition, he said, the names for the appointment of Vice-President of Vidarbha Irrigation Development Corporation and the Vice-President of Maharashtra Krishna Valley Development Corporation are also announced.
Prior to the foreign visits of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, the appointment of the Vice-President of the two boards and the two corporations was approved.
As per the approval of the Chief Minister, the appointments of these four posts are being declared and accordingly, necessary action is being taken. As per new appointments, the Chairman of the Vidarbha Statutory Development Board, Mr. Chainsukh Sancheti and the President of Maharashtra State Development Board, Mr. Yogesh Jadhav has been appointed. Besides, MLA Dr. Sunil Panjabrao Deshmukh is appointed as Vice-President of Vidarbha Irrigation Development Corporation and Sanjayankara Patil has been appointed as the Deputy Chairman of Maharashtra Krishna Valley Development Corporation.
The Chief Minister has agreed upon Vice President of Vidharbha Irrigation Development Corporation Mr. Sunil Panjabrao Deshmukh to be given the Cabinet minister rank.

Chandrakant Dada Patil On Water Supply Work Tenders Extended Up to 15th June

To overcome the severe drought situation in Maharashtra state, Agriculture and Revenue Minister of Maharashtra Honourable  Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil  is implementing different plans and remedies. Recently he informed that under Drought Relief Program, drinking water supply issues will be on top-priority and for this purpose, the tender process can be extended up to 15th June. Revenue and Agriculture Minister  Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil  informed that as per the instruction of Hon. Chief Minister, all Guardian Ministers have conducted the review of their districts to understand the drought situation in the district and the remedies to be undertaken in the drought-affected area.
