Is what we have been hearing since the Surgical Strike 2.0. Every Indian is beaming in Pride and Glory. This day seemed historical for every citizen of India. The NEWS bulletins are highlighting how good has been the idea of a surgical strike and are appreciating the Indian Air Force and the PMO. Pakistan is baffled after the strike and had initially denied the attack.

Since Surgical Strike, Airforce for its bravery and tremendous execution are collecting accolades, Indians are expressing the joy for having seen such retaliation for the attack that happened on 14th of February which brutally killed the 40 Indian paramilitary Jawans.

People came out on the streets to celebrate, some were found distributing sweets and waving the Tri-colour Flag, and all other works were taken a back seat at that moment! Many politicians irrespective of what parties they belonged to, were seen celebrating and appreciating the indomitability of our Indian Air Force. Many BJP leaders such as Chandrakant Dada Patil, Kailash Vijayvargiya, Yeddyurappa distributed sweets. Many tweeted and shared their sense of pride. The Public Works Minister of Maharashtra, Chandrakant Dada Patil on this occasion said that- This is the new India, nobody could expect from the country of Ahimsa to give a strike attack right back. But now they realize the Bhagwad Geeta also said that Sahishnutashould be followed to a certain limit and India has shown this is how one should counter answer to the destruction or damage caused.

Every Country admirer is praising the Prime Minister Sri Narendra Modi, for carrying out a task which something never happened in the history of Democratic India. He showed how powerful in mind, we are and nobody can mess with our country.

Amidst all the euphoria, there came the news of Wing commander Abhinandan Varthaman been captured by Pakistan. Talks were on between the officials of both the countries for his release. Meanwhile, Pakistan released a 30seconds video featuring a talk with the Abhimanyu. People had been appreciating for him, seeing him maintaining the firmness and spunk in the Pakistan-custody. Everyone is hoping for his safe arrival. He is trending on Twitter as everybody is praying for him and citizens are having sleepless nights. There were pleads all around the internet seeking his rescue from the land of Pakistan. And now the good news has just arrived that Pakistan will be releasing him tomorrow.

As a sense of precaution, the Air Force and Army’s aviation units are put on high alert. Low-flying helicopters and planes can be easy targets for Pakistan troops and hence there is cross-border strike along the Line Of Control. Indian aircraft and aerostat-radars are on the full operational alert to look out for Pakistani aerial activities. With the highest alert level, India is using its Spyder air defense missiles for the first time. The Spyder air defense missile has brought down a Pakistani UAV that had intruded into airspace over Gujarat on Tuesday morning. Similar instructions to put down the suspicious activity is aired to all the units and quick reaction fighters are put at forwarding bases.

Borders are put on war alert. Heavy shelling has been reported in the Nowshera, Rajouri and Poonch sectors, along with the Line of Control. Indian troops are also put on the alert for possible strikes by Border Action Teams (BAT) that is known to target patrolling troops and posts. The Indian Navy too is on its highest alert as part of the Theatre-Level Operational Readiness Exercise war game. All operational ships, submarines, and aircraft are participating in this Exercise with calmness and attention.

But the new India is rolling everybody’s eyes. Other countries are talking about how India is emerging to be a stronger country! And of course, how competitive it is being! People around the world are admiring the steps taken by India to counter-attack and in other words, as everyone is proclaiming it to be the Pulwama revenge. We are showing the world, that India no longer will live with these attacks and will not accept any mishappenings due to the terrorism from across the border.
