Shri.Chandrakant Dada Patil - A true Politician

Very few individuals are blessed with many dimensions, angles and good values in their personality. Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil is one of the multidimensional and intellectual personalities in Maharashtra politics. He is a very mature, versatile, experienced, and talented person in Maharashtra cabinet and his learning abilities are always proved beneficial for him with reference to his long innings in the politics. His father used to work as chaiwala-- a glamorous word in these days, not a few decades back, in the Mafatlal Mill, Mumbai. Though he completed his school education in Mumbai, his roots are always connected to his native place that is Kolhapur district. He faced and experienced both metro life and village life making him knowledgeable in every aspect, which is an important reason why he is admired as one of the multi-dimensional personalities and equally knowledgeable too.

He has showered special affection and cares towards students, and he has proved this fact in many ways. Recently he enjoyed along with the school students during their school event organized by Hill Riders Foundation, Samvedna Social Foundation, and Kutuhal Foundation. He enjoyed the event with 11 to 14 years of school students with lots of activities based on rural life and traditional sports. The complete team enjoyed the occasion with traditional Maharashtrian game such as Viti Dandu, after that they visited historical tourist places from Kolhapur. Chandrakant Dada Patil strongly believes that the development of the intellectual aspects of a human being should be accomplished using innovative strategies. He is also enforcing Kolhapur tourism by planning different activities for the last 4 years. He has an opinion that tourism development in the district can lead to the overall development of the place as well as it increases the chances of income for local people and the total process can generate revenue for the state leading to prosperity and wealth generation for many.

Being a guardian minister of Kolhapur district, he is trying to develop Kolhapur city and area in the best manner to attract tourist and to improve the standards of life for local people with increased chances of income and wealth with different businesses. The historical importance of Kolhapur city has been noticeable forever but unfortunately, no political backing supported this city in the past and same happened with the previous government also. The scenario changed with the political emergence of Mr. Chandrakant Patil. Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil is trying to develop the Kolhapur city in a different angle that will retain and promote the cities historical heritage. Recently the relevant department declared an amount of 13 crores for the beautification of King Shahu Maharaj birthplace. Already Rs 2 crore were received for the museum development and the remaining amount will be made available as per the requirement. Development and beautification of these heritage monuments are not only beneficial for the attraction of tourists towards these places but also it is useful to show and protect our gratitude towards the history of India. Due to his strategic decisions and planning for the development of Kolhapur city, the city will be nominated in the top-ranked cities of Maharashtra to stay and it will also improve the lifestyle of people. Chandrakant Dada Patil is not only active and aggressive for the Kolhapur city development but he is also setting the roadmap for the Maharashtra state progress which can be followed by different politicians.

The success and efficiency of great political leaders are calculated on the basis of how much they work for common class and what results have come for the betterment of the masses due to their work and efforts.

His popularity in different classes of communities definitely indicates that he is going to be a long-term winning player in the politics of Maharashtra. He is efficiently handling the Revenue Department along with the responsibility of three other different departments.
