Chandrakant Dada Patil — Choice of Kolhapur

Kolhapur is the southern district of Maharashtra and it was never identified with strong political backing in the history. Though the importance of Kolhapur has been always noticeable in Maharashtra and India for its historical monuments, Mahalaxmi temple, capital of Chhatrapati Rajaram Maharaj and many other things. Kolhapur city and district can get a strong political background and support due to the rise of Mr. Chandrakant Patil as Revenue and Agricultural minister of Maharashtra. People from Kolhapur have many expectations from Mr. Chandrakant Patil for long term basis. Mr. Chandrakant Patil is assumed to be the right face of politics on behalf of Kolhapur. This new political identity to the city is also helping the Kolhapur people in different aspects such as agriculture, development, transport facilities, various employment opportunities, and growing business centers. Even Mr. Chandrakant Patil has been successful with respect to his work in keeping the long-term impact in the minds of rural people.
It is one of the potential expectations from the Agricultural Minister of the state that they should be able to understand the problems, situations, and queries of farmers and should be able to figure out the solutions to the problems effectively. A person from the same background can work in this situation effectively with practical solutions and answers. Mr. Chandrakant Patil has become successful with this condition. His deep knowledge about farmers, farming process, requirements and problems of farmers is useful and serving as an input for Maharashtra Cabinet to take necessary decisions and implement right schemes about farmers. As an impact of his inputs and sensitivity towards farmers, one of the sound decisions taken was related to loan waivers to the farmers.
Another dimension of Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil is his concern and affinity for students. The present generation of students is going to be future citizens of the country and development of students in all dimensions is necessary for the overall development of the country. His thought process is always motivational and inspiring for students. He believes that students should not focus only on their regular curriculum, instead, they should try to develop their inbuilt skills and the skills required for own business setup and product development. He has always been cooperative towards different educational institutes, colleges, and students of different economic classes. He always motivates students for the entrepreneurship and own business set-ups, for that he is actively working on different schemes and insisting youth to get the benefit of different schemes for own units. Increased popularity in present students assures the long-term inning of Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil in the future of Maharashtra politics.
Being the minister of Public Works Department, Mr Chandrakant Dada Patil is taking initiation for the road development projects and he got success with the approval of Rs 30000 crore amount for road development in comparison to the previous ministers whose budget was never more than Rs 3000 crores, but Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil has achieved great success with this huge amount for road development. He has a systematic plan for road development among 27 districts of the state. He is planning to expand the national highway exposure in Maharashtra up to 22000 km. His big dreams and vision can help Maharashtra state to be honored as the most developed state in the country.
Apart from his regular work with the Revenue Department and the Agricultural Department, he is also concerned about different issues faced by the people, government servants and he is taking initiatives to solve their problems. One of the examples is that he is concerned about the caste validity certificate matter of people who are positioned in local government bodies in the state. These people are facing issues with their proof of caste validity and they are about to lose their jobs but, Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil is paying attention towards this matter also, and he is trying to solve the problem by the discussion with the honorable Chief Minister of Maharashtra. Total 9000 people are facing the issue of caste validity certificate and they are under the risk of losing their jobs due to this certificate.
Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil has taken concrete steps towards solving the problems of villages of Konkan region too including Amboli, Chakul, and Gale. Being Revenue Minister of Maharashtra, Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil has conducted a meeting with respective authorities and given one month notice to the Sindhudurg District Collector to solve the problems. No other politician had taken an interest before to solve this issue. Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil has defined the roadmap to solve this matter with local survey and meeting with local people of those villages. This issue is mainly related to the land distribution of people under different circumstances. His gratitude towards the problems of Konkan region people, will turn him very popular across Konkan and will not limit his work area for western Maharashtra only.
Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil has also suggested to District Central Banks for the immediate loan facility to the farmers. He is explaining this fact with Government facilities provided by State Bank and NABARD. If the District Central Bank is under the norms of co-operation, then they must avail the loan facility to the farmers. Definitely, this decision will be beneficial to the farmers with the facility of Rs 10000 loan on an instant basis.
Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil is also innovative in his approach. He has solved the matter of Kolhapur’s Amba Temple with the assurance of appointment of salaried Priest for the temple. He has also raised funds for the temple development plan. Its implementation will start on an immediate basis. His approach towards the Kolhapur city development and different projects in Kolhapur will create long-lasting impact in the history and future of the Kolhapur city.
Kolhapur city is developing rapidly and our leader Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil is working hard for its progress. We all know that he will get success in all his plans and desires for this state and its people. He has become a leader in whom everyone has faith. He will continue to deliver the promises he has made and whatever he believes in for the welfare of this state.

Mr.Chandrakant Patil In principle acceptance given to the regularization of the Panshet Flood Victim’s encroachment

Today, Relief and Rehabilitation Minister  Chandrakant Patil  in principle agreed to grant regular possession of a house owned by Panshet flood victims in Pune. He also decided to give additional time to submit the penalty amount required for the regularization of the encroachment of the Panshet flood victims and accordingly regular possession will be given to the property holders. With this important decision, 3988 flood victims will get big relief and one of the pending questions from many years will be sorted out. At the request of the MLA Medha Kulkarni regarding the encroachment of flood-affected victims of Panshet Pune, other illegal occupations done by temporary shelter holders in Panshet disaster and other encroachment cases,  Mr. Patil  conducted this meeting and this decision was finalized. Mr.Chandradadapatil On Savali Care Centre Will Provide Accommodation Facility to The Patients

The Savali Care Centre is going to provide the stay facility to the patients coming to Mumbai for the treatment. The Savali Care Centre, run by Chaitanya Pratishthan is inaugurated by Mrs. Anjal i Chandrakant Dada Patil  today morning at Mahatma Phule Road, Naigaon, Dadar. This project was started with the concept, inspiration, and guidance of Revenue Minister Chandrakant Dada Patil. On the occasion of this program, Director of Medical Education and Major Civic hospital of Greater Mumbai municipal corporation, Dr. Avinash Supe was present. Savali care centre Mumbai is going to give accommodation facility for 20 patients and their relatives in separate rooms. A total of 60 person can get accommodation in the centre.
